The press step: a prep toner by hand, a light cream, a matte SPF

A hydrating toner pressed in with the palms, a niacinamide-centella cream in a tube, a beta-glucan SPF 50+, and a low-dose retinol for two nights a week. Not a balm-step or oil-step reprint, and not another exfoliating toner.

The press step: a prep toner by hand, a light cream, a matte SPF

October already spent the plant-oil pump, the sherbet balm, the sea-water toner, the panthenol tube, and the watery centella SPF. This desk does not reprint that, and it does not reopen heartleaf, rice milk, bean essence, Birch UV Lock, Dive-In, or the PDRN spray. What was still waiting in the catalog is a slower morning: a prep toner you press in by hand instead of swiping, a light cream that is not another ceramide jar, a matte SPF 50+, and one quiet night step. Short desk. Commission ignored. Associates tags stay off.

Press, do not swipe

Dear, Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner is a slightly thick, alcohol-free toner with sodium hyaluronate, beta-glucan, and centella in 180 ml. After cleansing, pour a coin into your palms and press it into the face and neck for a few seconds. On dry patches, press a second layer. A soaked cotton pad works if you prefer, but hands waste less. It contains essential oils, so if fragrance bothers your skin, Klairs also sells an unscented version. It is a hydrating prep step, not an acid toner.

A light cream in a tube

Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream is niacinamide, centella leaf water, panthenol, and ceramide NP in a 50 ml tube. A pea is enough for the face after the toner, morning or night. It is lighter than the ETUDE panthenol tube and it is not Illiyoon, Aestura, Cicaplast, or Dynasty Cream. Think of it as the moisture layer for combination or oily skin that still feels tight after air-con. It does not fix a damaged barrier on its own; it just keeps the routine short.

SPF 50+, soft matte, last

IUNIK Beta-Glucan Daily Sunscreen is an SPF 50+ PA++++ chemical sunscreen with beta-glucan and peptides in 60 ml. It absorbs to a soft matte, which suits a humid commute. Two fingers for face and neck, last in the morning, about fifteen minutes before you head out. Reapply if you are outside. It is not the SKIN1004 sun serum from last week, not Birch UV Lock, not haruharu Airyfit, and not AXIS-Y mineral.

The night half, two nights a week

COSRX The Retinol 0.1 Cream is 0.1% retinol with panthenol and vitamin E in a small 20 ml tube. It is a starting dose, not a strong one. On two or three nights a week, after the cream, press a pea-sized amount onto dry skin and skip the eye area. Keep acids and scrubs off those nights. If your skin turns red or flaky, step back to once a week. The SPF above is not optional the next morning. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your clinician before using any retinoid.

A slow morning is not more steps. It is the same three bottles, pressed in instead of rushed.
